Once you have created a username and password, you will receive a verification email. Click the link sent to your inbox to verıfy your account and enjoy full access to our site. If you do not receive a verification email, please check your spam mailbox.

You can now add channels to your subscription. To see more platform options, click "more channels”.

For Facebook, if you are logged in, you will see a pop up window where you can choose which page you wish to link your subscription to. If you are not logged into Facebook you will be redirected to facebook to login and allow Snapmuse to be connected to the relevant page.

How do I add an Instagram page to my current subscription?

Log into your account and navigate to "my account”.
After clicking on “subscriptions”.
If you have started a subscription with other channels, they should appear on the subscription page.

To connect an Instagram page to this subscription, click the "Add instagram" button and fill the field with your Instagram username.

If you accidentally add the incorrect channel, you will need to cancel, resubscribe and contact hello@snapmuse.com to resolve any payment issues.

How do I add a Facebook page to my current subscription?

It's recommended to be logged into your Facebook account before starting this guide.

When logged in, click on your username in the top right corner and click "Subscriptions".
If you have started a subscription with a Youtube channel you should see that channel as connected.

To add a facebook page to this subscription, click the "Add facebook page" button.

If you are already logged in to Facebook, a pop up window will appear where you can choose the page that you wish to connect to. The channel selected will have a green indicator. Once you are sure you have selected your correct page, press the green "Choose page" button and this will connect the page to your account.

If you started this process without being logged into Facebook, you will be redirected to Facebook where you will need to login and grant permission to connect.

Log in to your account and click on the Snapmuse avatar to navigate to your account page.
On your account page, click on the “subscriptions”.
If you already have another social platform connected, your subscription page should look like the image below. Click on the “add Youtube channel” button and fill in with the name of your Youtube channel.

How do I add my podcast to my current subscription?

To add your podcast to your current subscription, you must do the following:
If you haven't already, you will need to create and connect an RSS feed link to your podcast.
To do this, please check out this helpful guide from RSS.
Once you have an RSS link for your podcast, navigate to your subscription by logging into your account and click here.
You will then see a section in which to add your podcast rss feed.
Once you have confirmed that this is the correct link, please click the “save” button to ensure that it’s added to your subscription.

To find your UC code to add your channel to your subscription, please follow the following steps:

Navigate to a video on your Youtube channel.
Right click on your channel name as seen in the image below and pick "copy link address”.

Step three: Paste the channel link into the “add youtube channel” field by using cmd+v (mac) or ctrl+v (PC).
That’s it! You have your UC code for your Youtube channel.
Please Note: You can also search for your channel by name but be sure to confirm it's your channel before connecting and proceeding.

To change your current password you must be already logged in to your Snapmuse account. When you are logged in, click on “My account.” From here, you will find the heading “Change Password.” This will direct you to another page with three fields:

new password
verification of the new password

Fill these out and then click the “Change Password” button and you will receive an email verifying that your password has been changed. If you cannot recall your password, simply log out and go back to the login page. Below, you will see “Forgot Password.” Click this link and an email will be sent to you to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam mailbox.
