How Do I Create My referral link?

Your referral link is automatically created when you log in, you can get your personal referral link by clicking here! You can also navigate to our Affiliate Program page by clicking on the account in the menu and then opening the Affiliate Program tab.

How do I track my Affiliate program status?

Accepted Answer

You can navigate to our Affiliate Program page by clicking on the account in the within menu and then open the Affiliate Program tab. You can check the "Summary" field. Track your performance by link clicks, users signing up, trials started, paying subscribers, free months used, and total months earned.

How many free months can I earn?

Accepted Answer

There is no limit to the number of creators you can invite. There's also no limit to how many free months you can earn. For every creator with a paid subscription, you get one free month on the Standard Plan.

Will my free months apply to the commercial plan?

Unfortunately, Commercial Plan subscriptions are not included.

I just made a referral, but it was not tracked.

Snapmuse’s affiliate dashboard can take up to 24 hours to display a new referral, so we suggest giving it some time. To see your free months, go to the Affiliate Program page and check the Summary field.
If your reference is not displayed after 24 hours, you can contact hello@snapmuse.com.

My referral forgot to use my referral link. Is there a procedure to track it back to my account?

Unfortunately, unless  they used your unique link when signing up, we are unable to track referrals back to your account.

What happens if I cancel my subscription while I have free months?

Accepted Answer

You need to have an active subscription to be able to use the free months you have earned. In the occasion that you cancel your current subscription without using your free months,  your rights to claim these free months will expire, unless you restart your subscription within 180 days upon cancellation.

Can I still generate free months if I have an inactive Personal Plan?

Yes, you can still generate sign-ups through your link but you need to be an active paying subscriber to be able to use the free months.

Question 10

I have an active standard subscription plan, is the Affiliate Program right for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your active standard subscription plan is monthly, the free months you have earned can be used in the next invoicing period. If your active standard subscription plan is annual, the free months you have earned will be discounted from the next period’s invoice. Also, if you have more free months than the number of months you have left in your active standard annual plan, your rights to claim the remaining months will remained and your discount will be postponed until the next available period.

Of course! You can participate in the affiliate program by only registering. Your referral link will be created automatically. However, in order to use the free months you have earned, you must have an active subscription on Snapmuse.

How long are my free month rights valid as a sign up user?

Accepted Answer

If you do not start a trial within 180 days as a sign up user, your rights will expire. Also, if you cancelled your current subscription without exercising your rights and do not started an subscription again within 180 days, your rights will expire.

How long is the referral link duration valid after clicking?

Accepted Answer

Your audience can register as your referral within 30 days after they click your unique referral link. Once this link has been clicked by your audience, the link will be stored in their browser for 30 days in accordance with the cookie policy.
