Once subscribed, you will receive unlimited access to download and publish content using Snapmuse music throughout the duration of your subscription.

Can I monetize my videos?

Yes, your videos will be eligible for monetization if you connect your YouTube account to your Snapmuse account. When you subscribe to Snapmuse, we will whitelist your linked social media channels. Therefore you won’t receive any copyright claims and you will be able to monetize your content on YouTube.

The personal plan covers YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch and podcast.

If the above platforms do not meet your needs, contact us at hello@snapmuse.com and we will be happy to extend your license for you to other platforms given that your content is the same or related to your subscribed channel.

Can I make videos for clients?

If you want to clear content that you have produced for clients, you must be a subscriber.

What is the Commercial Plan?

The commercial plan allows you to soundtrack content for your own business or sublicense and clear content for your clients. It covers unlimited use for all online platforms and for marketing in digital ads.

Who is the commercial plan for?

The commercial subscription is for freelancers and businesses soundtracking commercial productions for their own business or for clients.

Is there a termination period?

Accepted Answer

No, you may opt to cancel your plan at any time and you will have coverage until the next renewal period. After this period has ended your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged again.

What happens to the videos distributed after cancelling the subscription?

All videos published or cleared during an active subscription will be cleared forever and will not be claimed after cancellation.
Any videos published after the subscription period has ended will be subject to copyright claim.

Does the Standard or Commercial plan cover making content for a 3rd party?

How does the 30-day trial work?

When starting a subscription for the first time you get a 30-day free trial.

What does it not allow?

Accepted Answer

Although you are able to download as many tracks as you like during the trial, the trial only clears videos using Snapmuse music during the subscribed period and does not cover music used after the trial has ended.

What does the trial allow?

The trial allows you to publish an unlimited amount of Snapmuse tracks at no cost. Any content published during the trial is cleared from copyright claims forever.

Does the trial start when I create an account?

Accepted Answer

The trial will only begin once you have added a payment method, commenced a subscription period and connected at least one of the supported platforms to your account, for the first time.

What happens when my free trial expires?

If you do not cancel your subscription 24 hours before the renewal date, the trial will automatically renew with the monthly or annual subscription price agreed upon at the time of commencing the trial.

What happens if I forget to cancel?

It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription. If you forget to cancel before being charged, you may cancel by following this guide and you will have access to use and publish videos using Snapmuse tracks until the subscription expires.

What is the Lifetime Plan?

It’s everything in the Commercial Plan. But you just need to pay it once and you can access the Commercial plan features forever.

Can I get a refund for the lifetime membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes, to cancel your lifetime membership, you may opt for a refund within 14 days of purchase. You just need to email hello@snapmuse.com. However a refund is only applicable under the condition that none of your downloaded Snapmuse tracks have been published to any of your works/content.
br>In other words, if you have posted content with Snapmuse tracks, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Publishing on other platforms?

We do not currently have specific licenses for other social platforms, however, if you inform us via hello@snapmuse.com with URLs of the pages that you will be posting on, we will extend the license for you. Note that this extension only applies to platforms that have the same or related content to your Youtube channel.

How do I add multiple plans to my current standard plan?

Login to the account you wish to add a subscription to and click this link.
Click the “add plan” button.
Connect by selecting the channel you wish to start a new subscription with and click “next”.
Confirm your chosen payment method and click “confirm and pay”.

There you go! You should now have successfully added additional channels to your subscription.

How do I start a subscription for My Twitch channel?

If you have already created an account, you can follow the steps below to start a subscription, if you don't have an account yet, please follow this guide first.
Log into your account.
Select the subscription that suits your needs by clicking the “buy” button
Click, “more channels” and select, “add your Twitch channel”.

Add any other channels you wish to connect to your subscription.

Fill in your payment details and click, “confirm & pay” to checkout and start your subscription.
