To change your current password you must be already logged in to your Snapmuse account. When you are logged in, click on “My account.” From here, you will find the heading “Change Password.” This will direct you to another page with three fields:
- current password
- new password
- verification of the new password
Fill these out and then click the “Change Password” button and you will receive an email verifying that your password has been changed. If you cannot recall your password, simply log out and go back to the login page. Below, you will see “Forgot Password.” Click this link and an email will be sent to you to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam mailbox.
