Because we own all the rights to Snapmuse music, no third party has the right to make any claims on your video. Unfortunately, false claims can be wrongfully made. The chances of this are very unlikely because of our use of systems such as Content ID and Facebook Rıghts Manager.
In the event of receiving a false claim from a third party, you can have the claim retracted. When filing your dispute please attach a link to our website as well as a link to the Snapmuse track. When you finish your complaint please email us at hello@snapmuse.com with a screenshot of the claim and the URL of your video so we can contact the claimant from our end.
We take false claims such as these very seriously because we care about the integrity of our subscribers’ content and will do everything in our power to have the claim retracted. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
